1. Who We Are
Delvir Limited Liability Company (“Offer Audit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates audit.delvir.co(the “Service”). We generate an automated marketing critique of a website you submit. This policy explains what we collect, where it is stored, who processes it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question, contact us at team@delvir.co.
2. What You Submit
You sign in with your Google account and submit a URL. We fetch the public content of that page (visible text, title, meta description, and headings) and send it to Anthropic to generate the audit. We do not ask for your Social Security number, government ID, or financial account details. Your conversion score is free the moment you run the audit; unlocking the full report is a one-time $9.97.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Your Google account
When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use your email solely to identify your account, link it to the audits you’ve run, and enforce the free-audit limit described in our Terms.
3.2 The URL and page content you submit
The URL, the scraped text/metadata we extract from it, and the report we generate — stored against your account so you can return to it from your dashboard.
3.3 Payment information
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank details. We retain only Stripe’s charge identifiers, the email Stripe collects at checkout, and your payment status, so we can confirm your purchase and process any refund.
3.4 Information collected automatically
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps), retained for a limited period for security and debugging. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored & Who Processes It
Your data is stored and processed in the United States by the following providers, each of which is contractually bound to use it only to provide services to us:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth). We receive your name, email, and profile picture; we never see your Google password.
- Neon — our application database.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Stripe — one-time payment processing for the $9.97 report unlock.
- Anthropic — the page content you submit is sent to Anthropic to generate your report. Your data is not used to train their models.
5. How We Use Your Information
- Generate and deliver the audit you request
- Unlock the full report you purchase
- Process payments and any refunds
- Provide support and send transactional notifications (e.g. receipts)
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and secure the Service
- Establish proof of your agreement to the Terms and defend against fraudulent chargebacks
- Comply with applicable law and legal process
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
Audit records are retained so a report link keeps working. You may request deletion of your audit and any associated data at any time. Payment and consent records are retained as required to meet financial-record obligations and to defend against payment disputes.
7. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS with HSTS), access controls, secrets kept server-side and never exposed to the browser. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. To report a security issue, email team@delvir.co.
8. Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, delete, or export the data tied to a report link you hold. Email team@delvir.co with the report link or URL you submitted; we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice on the Service before the change takes effect.
