Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Offer Audit service (the “Service”) operated by Delvir Limited Liability Company (“Offer Audit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You sign in with Google and submit a URL. We fetch its public page content and use it to generate an automated conversion/offer critique, grounded in our Conversion Equation framework, including 3 rewritten offer alternatives.

• Free preview. Your conversion score and category breakdown are free the moment you run an audit. We limit each account to a set number of free audits, to prevent abuse.
• Full report ($9.97). To see your top 3 friction points and all 3 rewritten offer alternatives, you make a single, one-time payment of $9.97. This is not a subscription.

The Service does not guarantee any particular outcome, including increased conversions, traffic, or revenue.

THE REPORT IS AN AUTOMATED MARKETING OPINION FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS SUCH. ANY CHANGES YOU MAKE TO YOUR WEBSITE OR BUSINESS BASED ON THE REPORT ARE YOUR OWN DECISION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.

By using the Service, you represent and agree that:

• You submit only URLs for websites you own, operate, or otherwise have the legal right to have analyzed.
• You will not use the Service to scrape, copy, or reproduce a third party’s website content for any purpose other than receiving your own audit.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not attempt to overburden, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.

By submitting a URL, you consent to us fetching that page’s public content and processing it (including sending it to Anthropic’s Claude models) solely to generate your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The report generated for your submitted URL is yours to keep and use. The Service itself — its design, code, and framework application — remains the exclusive property of Delvir Limited Liability Companyand is protected by intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS, OR THAT ANY SUGGESTED CHANGE WILL IMPROVE YOUR RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFER AUDIT AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OFFER AUDIT'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delvir Limited Liability Company, its members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and fees arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any action you take based on your report; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party (including submitting a URL you do not have the right to have analyzed).

The Service integrates with Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (report generation). These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Offer Audit is not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for claims involving intellectual property or unauthorized use of the Service.

Class Action Waiver. Any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to your individual dispute with Offer Audit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

We may modify these Terms. For material changes we will update the effective date and provide notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Delvir Limited Liability Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
